Free On Site Installation
Fast, one day build
You won't have to worry about the additional site prep cost or taking down fences or having trucks drive over your lawn. All we need is a clear, accessible building site. Our work is low impact and most of our shed builds take us just a day or two on-site as we build as much as we can in our shop ahead of time.
Foundation
Solid Concrete Block Footings
We level your shed on solid concrete blocks making sure the base does not directly come in contact with the ground. This ensures years of service without rot or insect damage.
2x6 Floor Joists and 3/4 Plywood Floor
We use 2x6 pressure treated floor joist 16" on center in all our sheds and 3/4 plywood for flooring. This makes a super strong floor system that can handle heavy equipment Most other shed companies use 2x4's. Our floor is super strong and will stand the test of time protecting your investment.
Walls
2x4 Framing
We frame up the shed walls with top choice 2x4 studs, 2ft on center.
PVC Trim
The first thing that rots on sheds is often the trim. Our shed are fitted with PVC trim which will last a lifetime. It never needs painting or staining, and keeps your shed looking great for years.
LP SmartSide Wall Panels
We use LP SmartSide for our shed walls. It is an industry-leading exterior-grade panel primed natural khaki/gray in color and is ready for the weather as is. It comes with an over two-decade warranty and is rot and insect resistant.
Locking Door with T-Handle
Our sturdy doors have a locking t-handle with keys in case you need added security.
Roof
4" Roof Overhangs
Our sheds have a 4" overhang around the roofline to help keep the shed dry in bad weather and extend the longevity of our builds.
Gable Vents
We include gable air vents on all our sheds. Some companies charge extra.
The gable vents are screened.
30 Year Architectural Shingles
These are home-grade shingles that we use on your shed. This shed roof will protect your investment for decades. We offer a choice of popular shingle colors to choose from.
